The open kitchen's design (complete with full-size appliances and a French door refrigerator) makes it so everyone can cook and chat together. Beach towels, pool noodles, and floats are provided so guests can have extra fun in the water. There's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves in this lovely home. Just 14 miles from Fort Myers Beach, guests can quickly transfer from relaxing in the pool to relaxing at the shore! If kayaking and exploration are your things, you'll be able to rent your own from Gulf Coast Kayak, 11 miles away. The local waterways can be a wonderful playground to explore! Guests looking for a delicious introduction to the area will enjoy Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery, just under seven miles from the home. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is no pool cage or screen enclosure; this is an open backyard. Pool heat is available from October 1st through May 1st for a three-day minimum and an additional fee. The owner's car is in the garage.
