This is a very nice property! Very spacious home, nice decor, and overall comfortable. Hard to beat the location as it is close to the beach and to nearby shopping. Walking distance to very good restaurants (Enzo's, Fish House) and two ice cream shops, as well as a surf shop. Quiet neighborhood. Having the pool was nice, though the water was too cool in February to fully take advantage. Overall I could recommend this property for a nice South Florida vacation or extended stay.

What perfect space for our family of 5 adults. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the proximity to all the local haunts was perfect. I loved there being two HVAC zones with the primary maintaining it's own unit - allowing me to keep the room at my preferred cooler temperature. I also really appreciated the pool side half bathroom that allowed listening to the requirements of nature calling while the full bathrooms were occupied with folks in the showers. Also great gathering spaces both inside and out. I would definitely stay here again in future visits.

The house is exactly as the photos show. Large, clean, albeit a bit austere and spartan, but with a very nice master suite. 7 of us stayed here comfortably. The pool is also in great shape and we loved having the outdoor shower and extra half bath on the lanai. The house is a 5 minute drive to the beach. We all agreed we would stay here again.

The home is in a very quiet area and close to stores and restaurants. It is very spacious and airy . There were a few issues during our stay but Katie the manager took control of the situation and tried her best to rectify the issues ,one of which being the pool wasn’t working from day one as it had a broken pump. Sadly it wasn’t fixed during our stay.
