If a named storm is forecast for the area, our local team may take necessary property-protection measures, when conditions and circumstances allow. These preparations may include securing outdoor furniture, trash cans, and other items, unplugging televisions, turning off ice makers, and closing electric storm shutters. Any necessary preparations will be handled by our team, so guests can focus on enjoying their stay and staying informed about local weather conditions. Please note: Manual storm shutters are installed by the homeowners at their digression if available.
