The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Smoking is not permitted.The den is open without a partition or wall. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This was such a perfect place. It was close to everything, views from Condo were awesome. It was Steps from the beach. Staff in the parking garage were nice and super helpful.

This recently updated rental was very comfortable with fabulous views of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped. The ammenities were wonderful. We loved the movie theatre, play ground, and beach toys.

We had a great time at this condo! The location is excellent—peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for families of all ages. The condo is well equipped with modern kitchen appliances, comfy beds, and everything you need for a beach getaway. The bathrooms were spotless, and the living space was cozy and welcoming. With just a little extra attention to cleanliness, this place would be absolutely perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Only 2 days were a washout but we stayed busy with all the amenities at Sea Watch. Enjoying the indoor pool, fitness center and billiard room. Our one year old had a blast at the playground. Plenty to do without leaving the property.

This unit was disgusting and I feel violated at the price point they charged. They offered a $75 refund on a $2600 rental which was further insulting.
