Overview

Incredibly located right on the boardwalk in the heart of Ocean City, this wonderfully appointed condo provides every essential for an unforgettable beach trip. Enjoy direct access to the beach and boardwalk downstairs and an outdoor swimming pool on the grounds. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and a gas fireplace in the living area for chilly nights. The large balcony is positioned on the side of this oceanfront building and provides a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean and bay. On the grounds of the property, you'll have access to an outdoor swimming pool on the boardwalk side of the fifth floor and a fitness center. THINGS TO KNOW The gas fireplace is not operational in the summer. This secure building is accessed via a key fob, and each reservation only receives two. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

2 key fobs not acceptable with 6 adults and a child. Within 10 minutes of being in the home without shoes...my white socks were dark grey. No mop available, had to go to the store to buy a swiffer mop. My granddaughter dropped a toy behind the couch, when I got it out it was covered in dirt and hair. Moved the double bed and the dirt behind it wasnt just from 1 week of not cleaning. I was there a long time. Found candy and receipts from 2 months prior in the couch. Furniture is worn, and the glass missing from the dining room table. It was gross. There was old food and dirt in the wicker decorative part that was to be covered by the glass. You couldn't set a cup down because it wasnt leven due to the weaved wicker. The master bedroom was beautiful. BUT bathroom door didn't close, wheel missing from the bottom of the pocket door. Couldn't lock. No plug for the whirlpool tub so we couldn't use that either. Very disappointing. The dishwasher is leaning so one person has to hold the dishwasher rack while the other loads it.

As a whole the condo was very very nice but the cleaning of it really sucked they had to come back later on the first day and completely re-clean it.

I had such a great time at the condo! It was super comfy, and the location couldn't be better. I absolutely loved the indoor and outdoor pools – they were such a fun addition!

Rooms were large and plenty of closet space. Glass door allow a lot of street noise in but overall had a very pleasant stay.
