Sea Terrace 1005

The beautiful view of the ocean, the two 52 inch TVs in the main living area and two TVs in the bedroom (4 in all), the extra sofa bed in the main living area, the beautifully updated bathrooms, the kitchen island that had enough seating for five, and the updated furnishings on the deck. All that my family needed was provided. The condo was also a great place to just hang out on the one rainy day during our vacation. I definitely would rent this condo in the future.

We loved this unit, I wish we could buy it. It’s very spacious and kitchen was stocked with all we needed. The bathrooms were newly renovated with new tile and glass doors. (Not pictured in listing photos). The building was in a perfect location for our family; the beach wasn’t overly crowded. The outdoor heated pool and seating area was very large and the pool had a 9 ft deep end my kids loved. We’ve stayed at a lot of OC MD condos and this was our favorite. Would rent again and recommend it.

All of the mattresses and bedframes need to be replaced. They mattresses have zero support and the frames all squeak anytime you move. The patio furniture needs to be replaced because it's old. The room is starting to get to the point where things need to start being updated. The toilet in the master bathroom wobbles and has been for the past two years. All the the beds need new comforters as well. When we first entered the room, all of the floors were covered in sand. Not quite sure what the cleaning crew actually did or what I paid for, but all of the floors were covered in sand. I get that it's the beach, but I prefer the sand to be on the beach, not all over the room. The one positive is that they do have a key pad entry.

Location and balcony are great. Spacious and met all of our needs. Would stay again.

Seeing dolphins from our balcony was a higlight! As well as having a pool and some great restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The beds were comfy and the extra living space by the entry was awesome for our kids to have another spot to hang out and watch TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'd need to cook - even a knife that's actualyl sharp enough to use! (I've never found one of these in another rental) Great location to be between the boardwalk and also not far from Northside park, which we loved for crabbing. The bedrooms could use an update, but we didn't spend much time there. The balcony was amazing but could also use an update with comfier furniture. I wouldn't let those things step you - this place was great!

Easy check in and out, they provided clean linens and towels, the apartment had everything we needed and a gorgeous view. The only upset was the pool was being remodeled BUT they did disclaim up front that was a possibility and we chose to go anyways. I'm looking forward to going back soon.
