Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The view and closeness to the beach was great. There were lots of games and beach toys that helped to entertain the children. The beds were comfortable and the sheets clean.

I liked this vacation house very much. It was very accommodating for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked. The deck had nice tables for all of us to sit and eat and the kitchen table was large too. Plenty of room in the family room to sit a large group of people. There were also lots of indoor and outdoor games available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only issues were with the air conditioning. It seems that the main unit was down and the place was cooled by lots of small units all over the place. Because of this, the second floor bayside bedroom was warm if the curtain between the two areas was closed because the air conditioning unit was only in the small curtained-off area. All of the small AC units also made a lot of background noise. But overall I liked it very much and hope to stay there again.
