Positively full of warm natural light and spectacular oceanfront views, this Ocean City condo sits just across the dunes from the broad, sandy beach. It's a gorgeous scene - the shoreline stretching out before you, with an oceanfront balcony to help you enjoy it. Additional amenities include central air conditioning, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), and a private washer/dryer. This low-rise condo building enjoys a wonderful beachfront location in North Ocean City. You'll be less than a mile north of Northside Park, a 58-acre expanse with lighted sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and a host of annual events. The countless shops, restaurants, eateries, mini-golf courses, and other sources of entertainment that line Coastal Highway begin only one block west. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

You can't beat the view from the balcony and the most important thing to me was being able to see the water and hear the waves. I could hear the waves even with the door closed and I loved it. I was there just as OC was opening for the season so it was still cold and the beach was quiet, but there were still plenty of places to eat and do things.

As long as you can walk up the 3 flights of stairs, this condo is a great option. Beach view is gorgeous. Beds are comfortable. Nice shampoo was provided. Kitchen was well stocked.

My husband and I wanted a quiet getaway and this unit was perfect! Beautiful view, well stocked, comfortable furniture and very clean. Only thing that would have improved it would have been an elevator when carrying luggage. Highly recommend!

We spent 3 nites in this lovely condo. Everything was spotless. The view from the balcony is spectacular. You do need to climb 3 flights of stairs,but that was not a problem we considered it extra exercise. We saw a beach fox lots of dolphins and gorgeous sunrises. The location is great too- able to walk to mini golf and restaurants. WiFi worked well, beds were super comfy. We spent a very relaxing calm few days at the ocean. Absolutely loved it. Thanks

Loved the fact that the beach was right out the sliding glass door, you could hear the waves crashing which is very relaxing. Not many people on the beach this time year, nice and quiet. The view is awesome, the price we paid for this time year was very good.
