With a well-equipped kitchen, an inviting living room with comfortable furniture, and access to a private washer/dryer combo and a community outdoor pool, this condo is unbeatable! Things to Know No smoking and no pets, please. Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location, nice amenities, beautiful views from both balconies. Nicely upkept condo that was very enjoyable by my family of 6. Only dislike was that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but that’s because I’m old. Kids didn’t mind at all. Quiet & calm setting.

I wouldn’t say I loved it. It was nice, but I’ve stayed at better. Places didn’t like walking up three flights of steps. Didn’t realize that when I booked it guess I should’ve looked at the reviews a little better.
