Outside, you are a short stroll from the Wine Rack, Trattoria Lombardi's, Schooner's, Ropewalk, and Hobbit Restaurant. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Home is just as advertised and is perfect for a large group! Bedrooms are spaced nicely apart and sound insulated. Perfect layout and close to the beach which made walks with little ones easy! We’ll be returning!

We had a great time in Ocean City and this was a wonderful condo. We were very happy with the accommodations. The house was big enough for our party of 9. The large table, spacious living room and kitchen and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms gave us all plenty of room. The location was excellent — very short walk to the beach and centrally located by many restaurants and stores. The beach was really nice and not too crowded. Everything worked well in the condo — the AC, washer, dryer, tv and dishwasher. The property owners were very responsive whenever we had questions. The outside balcony was very nice — it would have been good to have a few more chairs (4 were provided). The parking was covered which kept the cars cool. The king bedroom was very nice, lots of space to store things, very comfortable bed and large bathroom. We were extremely happy with this place and would highly recommend it. If you are staying here, would suggest that you bring dish towels, potholders and a wine opener — everything else was provided.
