Sea Watch 409 is described as a lovely, well-kept condo that guests would gladly book again. Guests appreciated the comfortable beds, welcoming feel, good-sized bedrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with plentiful kitchenware. The condo and property were consistently praised for being very clean and well maintained. Its location offered easy beach access and convenient access around the property. Guests especially enjoyed the great beach and sunrise views. The property was also praised for its many amenities, including clean and accessible pools, and for appliances and furnishings that were in excellent working order.

The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. Things to Know The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. The third bedroom is an enclosed den area with constructed wall and pocket doors for privacy. The den TV offers a DVD player and Roku. A non-refundable cash building registration fee is required. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The overall property has so many amenities that you're simply spoiled. Pools, property and other places were clean and accessible. The condo itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfy, kitchenware plentiful and even a Keurig was in stock. Just an overall lovely place for the family to stay. Just one little issue was the master shower's ceiling needs some update and the toilet was a slow flush. I mean if these are the only problems, I think you are doing all right.

This is my first time to ever write a review about anything. The building is great with a lot of amenities but I do not recommend this particular unit. Dirty bathroom, sticky and dirty porch furniture and bedroom televisions did not work.
