Guests of this beachfront escapade will be granted access to a series of shared amenities that include a heated outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, a volleyball area, and even a sauna! Antigua 804 is also just an easy walk away from the beach and many local shops and restaurants, including Ropewalk & The Hobbit. You'll also be just five miles from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM 2026 Antigua Building Fee Full week (5 to 7 days) $75 Partial week (3 or 4 days) $50 (Except Festival Weekends) Festival Weekends (3 days) — $75 (This year Oceans Calling is September 25 to 27 and Country Calling is October 2 to 3.) Extended week (1 or 2 extra days) — $20 per day (in addition to the full week Building Fee; The minimum rental period is 3 nights.) Second Pass (if available) — $20 per day The Building Fee starts on May 15, 2026 and continues to October 10, 2026, provided the office is staffed on weekends. Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
