Step outside onto the private south-facing balcony for cool breezes and partial views of the ocean to the left and bay to the right. This property is well-equipped for the vacationing family, with free WiFi access, flatscreen TVs, and comfortable sleeping for six. You'll have a reserved, private parking space and plenty of on-street parking available. Braemar Towers has been regarded as one of the nicest and cleanest resorts in Ocean City for years, and there are plenty of reasons why. The resort has everything you need to relax comfortably while keeping everyone in your group entertained. A beachfront outdoor pool sits between the buildings, enhanced by a huge bi-level pool deck with panoramic ocean views. The Braemar Towers is within easy walking distance of beautiful Northside Park which features walking paths, a playground, and a fishing and crabbing pier. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
