Summer Beach 508 is described as a great value and a home away from home, with a spacious layout that worked especially well for families and groups. Guests appreciated the comfortable feel, attractive decor, beautiful upgrades, and the well-equipped kitchen, along with the bonus of balconies from multiple rooms. The property was frequently praised for being very clean, well kept, and fresh. Its location was a standout, with easy beach access and convenient walking distance to restaurants, shops, and downtown attractions. The balconies and water views were a highlight, with guests loving the beautiful scenery of both the ocean and the bay. Guests also appreciated features such as easy parking, a clean pool and lobby, supplied linens and towels, and a sense of safety and privacy.

You won't find a better place to enjoy a spectacular vacation than at Summer Beach 508! This recently renovated, three-bedroom, oceanfront condo is located just steps from the beach and features a private balcony off the living room and main bedroom. The full kitchen is loaded with all the small and major appliances you need to cook up a wonderful meal, and the breakfast bar includes three barstools, with seating for six at the dining table. The living room has lots of comfortable furniture and a large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall, so you can watch your favorite movies and shows whenever you're not down at the beach. This condo also includes free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, central AC, and assigned parking for two vehicles, plus multiple building elevators to make access super easy. The shared outdoor pool is a great place to cool off after a day of sightseeing. What's nearby: Summer Beach 508 is conveniently located on 35th Street just eight blocks from the Boardwalk. Park your car and walk to great restaurants, mini-golf, amusements, water sports, and more. Things to know: Free WiFi Elevators Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The beach front views of the bay and ocean was beautiful. Comfortable, clean and small walk from the beach. Everything within reach to the condo...I wish to come back soon.

We had a few minor issues. The coffee maker didn’t work & we didn’t receive enough towels. My bigger issue was that after calling to get this resolved, I was told someone would get back to me. Nobody ever did. The beds have very cheap & uncomfortable mattresses and the spare bedding smelled of mildew. Otherwise, the condo is nice enough and at a good, convenient location.

I loved the view of the beach and the close proximity. There was a wash station for cleaning off the sand. The room was spacious for my large family. The kitchen could use a few more pieces of equipment- oven mitts and a few more baking pans. I have stayed here many times.

This unit is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has lots of counter space, but limited cabinet space for groceries etc. The ocean view is wonderful, and the balcony has excellent tables and chairs. There are issues though: the dishwasher is very moldy- was noted on previous reviews but not corrected. Both the king bed and the queen bed are very, very uncomfortable- they should have been replaced. When I am paying just under $6000 for the unit, I expect a good bed! The furniture in the living room is just ok. The sofa bed creaks and sags, and the chair is worn down. As noted in previous reviews a plug in the kitchen doesn't work which means moving the toaster to a different plug other than the near plug. I am puzzled about why the deficiencies have not been remedied, since they seem to be long-standing issues. We had a great time, but the bed issues mean that we would not book this unit again unless mattresses were replaced.
