This condo features two spacious bedrooms, a bright living room and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. You'll also find free WiFi, a flatscreen TV in each room, new carpeting throughout, and private parking for two cars at no cost. Comfortable and convenient, this beachfront property offers you the best of both worlds: a quiet North Ocean City setting but with fun and excitement right at your fingertips. Many great shops, activities, and restaurants are within walking distance. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Beautifully decorated and appointed space and so comfortable and clean! We are a family of four and loved the easy access to the beach and the balcony space with a flawless water view. A great location too in that it is just a few blocks from the Food Lion. Highly recommend.!!

The unit is very nicely appointed. Kitchen is very well stocked and has good space. There's a cabinet under the living room TV full of family games. Six beach chairs of varying types and a large umbrella are available for use on the beach which is less than a 5 minute walk from door to sand! Beds were very comfortable (though bring your own pillows if you are particular.) As noted by another visitor, the kitchen trash can drawer is in need of repair as it was hard to open and close. All in all, a lovely location. Hope to go back!

We stayed at the Pelican Beach and the property was the best we've ever been at. We've been going to OC for 20 years and this was by far the best rental we have ever stayed at. The property was very clean, the furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the view was spectacular! The property was well stocked with everything we needed (like pots, pans and utensils),open and inviting, plenty of room to visit in the living room or have a meal in the dining area. In addition, they provided some unexpected conveniences such as beach chairs (which was a first for any rentals we've stayed at). The property has two bedrooms with the king in the master and two queens in the 2nd bedroom. Although we didn't use the second bedroom (our guests couldn't make it), there was plenty of space for 4 to sleep comfortably in the second bedroom. I will not say which property it was since we'd like it to be available next year when we plan to rent it again :). I would highly recommend the property for anyone wishing a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place at the beach.
