Overview

The sand and surf are mere steps from your door at this fifth-floor condo in North Ocean City. Half a block from the beach in one direction and Coastal Highway in the other, this is a wonderful home base for days spent swimming, surfing, kayaking, and beachcombing. You'll be a short stroll from an array of shops and eateries, four blocks from the Delaware state line, and a mile from Northside Park and its many sports fields, walking paths, piers, and annual events. Begin each morning outside on the covered balcony - a delightfully shady spot to sip your coffee, have breakfast at the patio table, and take in the view of the city around you. Stand at the railing and you can even watch the ocean waves roll onto the sandy shore at the end of the block. Inside, the condo is inviting and comfortable, with a palette of soft whites contributing to the sunny feeling throughout. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area with a TV for your evening entertainment, and TVs in both bedrooms to lull you into a restful night's sleep. Other home essentials include complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer for your swimsuits and towels. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This was an ideal beach getaway condo. It was well taken care of, clean, well supplied, and the location was perfect. The beach was an easy half a block walk and the outdoor shower in the back was perfect for beach cleanup. The beds were comfy and the kitchen/ dining room were perfect for easy meals together as a family. It was located in a quiet area, but close to many restaurants and other venues. Thank you for providing the perfect place for our weekend beach getaway!

We stayed in 502 in August as a family of three which included our four year old. The unit was spotless when we got there and well appointed with enough TP, towels soap etc for our five night stay. It was also well suited for a high energy four year old meaning there wasn't anything fragile within reach that could have cost us. Glad the unit was prepared as such which means they paid attention to the detail of us coming with a child. We cooked a lot and the unit had everything we needed for cooking. Pots, pans, olive oil, salt, pepper, plates, glasses, mixing bowls, measuring cups etc. The proximity to the beach was perfect for us. It is just maybe a half or quarter block away, You aren't crossing any major streets, it's right there. The beach is also really nice and clean and since it's further up in Ocean City a few blocks from Fenwick, it isn't that crowded. Check in was easy. You get the code 24 hours prior to check in and once you arrive punch in the code and it lets you in the unit. There is also a cart to help you bring things up from your car and back to your car at checkout. You get a designated spot too in the lot behind the building. We enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend it for others to come as well.

This condo was spacious and clean. The building and the area was quiet even in the middle of summer. it has everything you need. Just steps from the beach, which is not super crowded because of the location. Highly recommended
