It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

It's pretty clear that the home decor and furnishings are a bit outdated, but everything was comfortable, there are plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use, there are several decks for experiencing the sea salt air. The house was incredible and offered everything we needed. Being in a townhome, the only downfall is your proximity to your neighbors. If you are out on the deck and neighbors are too, you feel a bit uncomfortable or like you are invading their space. Outside of that, this place is an absolute 10 out of 10!

Beachfront property with a massive second floor deck, outside shower, and ground level storage area stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. House was very clean, well maintained and well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and glasses. We brought an extra table for the deck because, although the house sleeps 12, the dining room table only has room for 6. Extra refrigerator/freezer on the ground floor was clutch, and the ping pong table kept our kids busy for hours! Beds were comfortable, and it was so nice to be supplied with bed linens and towels. Would 100% recommend.
