Park the car and let Ocean City's convenient beach bus (ride all day for $3) do all the driving! Things to know: Full kitchen Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

This condo was perfect for my family, plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is in great shape, tons of space. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Linens, towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash are provided. The views are OUTSTANDING! You can lay in bed in the master bedroom and watch the sunrise! I would definitely book again! Parking for one car was very convenient to the elevator and street parking for other vehicles is plentiful and close. Washer and dryer are in great shape. We greatly appreciated the welcome pack of toilet paper and some cleaning supplies!
