You’ll fall in love with this tranquil wooded retreat overlooking a canal. Relax on the large rear deck with rocking chairs and an outdoor dining set perfect for summer evenings. This home features vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, three levels of living space with a full, updated kitchen that will accommodate large families. Enjoy kayak rides on the canal with two complimentary kayaks. Take a bicycle ride to the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays with one of the four bicycles in the garage. Warm up at night with your family and friends around the large fire pit and Adirondack chairs beneath the back deck. Spend a day at the beach located only 10 miles from the house, and enjoy the boardwalk, shops and restaurants of Ocean City. Multiple sports amenities are available in the Ocean Pines Community including tennis, swimming pools, and pickle ball, for an additional fee. THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM This home includes a double sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The exercise bike is no longer available. Parking: Three driveway parking spaces are included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Please note: Access to Ocean Pines amenities is not included with your rental. The Ocean Pines Association charges separate daily, weekly, seasonal, or annual fees for the use of pools, golf, racquet sports, the Beach Club, Beach Club parking, and certain other amenities. Guests may purchase Beach Club passes through the Ocean Pines Association, which provide access to the Beach Club and its facilities. Beach Club parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association. Booked this place for our group of work friends weekend beach trip. It was important to us to have enough bedrooms and beds for the group of 7. When we arrived, we were all pleasantly surprised by the ample space in this house and it was much more spacious than the photos. There was also a spacious basement which served as an extra room when we set up our own air mattress. One of our favorite moments was making dinner in the kitchen and then enjoying the food on the deck with the night view by the water. It felt private and homey. Everything was simple but perfect. Thank you so much for letting us stay and make memories in this space!

This home was perfect for us and we loved that we could take our dogs. The house was well equipped with a decently stocked kitchen. Very clean and as mentioned previously, you'd never know it was pet friendly. No pet odors or evidence of previous pets. Also, the pet fee was very fair. If i had to board them, it would've cost me dpuble. The deck out back is fantastic. My kids enjoyed it a lot along with the kayaks, fire pit, floating deck and bikes. They are all young adults and they were NOT bored! We'd definitely rent this house again if the opportunity presented itself.

The property was clean and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The furniture appeared to be updated. The house was stocked with some spare laundry detergent, seasonings, and coffee. Outside was equipped with what the listing stated, plus nets and hotdogs roasters. Overall, we recommend this house and would stay here again.
