Twin Villas 103S is conveniently located close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and all sorts of activities for every age and interest. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is fully appointed with central air conditioning, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels after a day spent on the sand. This condo is wonderfully located on the quieter, north side of Ocean City, two short blocks from the beach. Here on Coastal Highway, you can walk or drive in either direction find a wide assortment of shops, restaurants, activities, and attractions, from mini-golf to water parks. You'll also be less than half a mile south of Northside Park's sports fields, fishing lagoon, two playgrounds, picnic area, two piers, gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and regular events. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The actual apartment is very cute, convenient and comfortable. The cleanliness of the apartment was awful. I stayed here over the summer with my family and we enjoyed it. So I booked it again for a girls trip. We found blood on the bedspread, vomit on the deck and full length mirror in the bedroom. Feces, actual poop smeared in the closet. Dirty towels left behind as well as socks and a cup behind the bed. The bathroom faucet was so moldy that when you turn on the hot water the clumps of mold fall in the sink. This place is cute and could be great but we have never been more disgusted than we were with this trip.

We loved the space, amenities and location of Twin Villas 103S. For the most part it was very clean, found a few things that I would’ve liked to seen be cleaner but I’m also very picky. My husband saw nothing amiss. Parking is tough. We have a 4 door shortbed truck and parking is under the building between wooden poles that are pretty tight. We made it work for the week but once the turn around spot became booked we actually had to back in from coastal highway to be able to park our truck. There is street parking but never guaranteed. I would definitely stay here again… loved the location, the size, the amenities, proximity to restaurants and the beach. Only dislike is parking.

The place was clean,bright and had all the cooking essentials. It was very close to the beach. It was within walking distance from stores, mini golf and restaurants. The place had plenty of room for me, my husband, son and his fiancé. It was quiet and had a homey feeling. I would defiantly go there again.
