Situated mere minutes from the coast in the beautifully landscaped and amenity-rich Ocean Pines community, this Eastern Shore escape features a screened porch with an outdoor living area, gas grill, and alfresco dining. Unwind into vacation mode on the sectional in the living area. Settle in for an evening of favorite shows on the 49” TV. A bonus living area features a sofa, armchairs, and a smart TV with DVD. Prepare fresh meals in the kitchen, equipped with a coffee station and a full suite of helpful appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table, which seats six. Enjoy breakfast at the four-person kitchen table. Spend leisurely days splashing in the five community pools -- all within easy walking distance. Or venture to the Ocean Pines Beach Club to play in the sand and surf. Enjoy easy access to a selection of nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment options as well as a casino. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Please note: Access to Ocean Pines amenities is not included with your rental. The Ocean Pines Association charges separate daily, weekly, seasonal, or annual fees for the use of pools, golf, racquet sports, the Beach Club, Beach Club parking, and certain other amenities. Guests may purchase Beach Club passes through the Ocean Pines Association, which provide access to the Beach Club and its facilities. Beach Club parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Let me start by saying, I am NOT one who complains about much of anything. This stay was rather difficult. When we walked in, the smoke detector kept beeping, we took care of that ($7.00) after reporting it. Also, no hot water, which the breaker was off (and not located in the main breaker box), several lamps did not have light bulbs, garage door opener failed and was not resolved during our stay, dishwasher, with cycle complete, it had dishes in it with standing water on the bottom when we arrived. We reported the issues, which were not resolved during our stay. The floors were not properly mopped (our socks turned black from the dirt), cobwebs, and dust bunnies, expected at least 2-3 kitchen towels as the description stated (kitchen towels, being plural it is suggestive to 2 or more. Also, there were issues with blinds not working. Lastly, the fans were filthy. We were told we would receive a call to keep us informed, which we received occasional text messages, very poor communications. The first 2 days we were in the house, were waiting for the maintenance man to show up. We arrived Sunday late afternoon (before 5PM). They didn't show til late Tuesday.
