This house was beautifully decorated and had lots of room. The added bonus was two master suites, each with king size beds. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck too. It has a nice table with eight chairs there. Some previous reviews noted the appliances were outdated. Yes the were, but that didn't affect us because we dont cook on vacation, but they are clean. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this house. We've already rebooked there for our next OC trip in the fall!

We loved this home’s very generous space and quiet location. It was convenient to all that Ocean City has to offer, but it felt private and was the perfect place for our family to gather from several directions to share a weekend! The kitchen was well equipped for homecooked family meals, the baths had plenty of towels, soap and shower stuff, everything nice and clean. The wifi and tv worked as expected. All good! We enjoyed our stay and agreed we might come back sometime because it’s so centrally for us, and we all loved it! Sitting on that porch enjoying the sights and sounds of the marsh was a highlight!

The facility itself was good; the website and payment was not as advertised, with extra charges listed, and the amount to be paid different on different pages, and no mention that this is in an HOA situation; you do not find out until you have paid the amount and are sent final paperwork you have agreed to be charged for any HOA fine they would put on you. The distance to the ocean and bay are deceptive, the poll and hot tub are not at the house, they're in some sort of lodge within driving distance. Although the house itself was clean, nicely appointed and quite pretty, the bad experience with the webpage/hidden details soured me on the entire vacation. If you are used to living with an HOA it might not bother you.

This is my 3rd time staying at this awesome home! The 6 bedrooms makes for lots of privacy and spaciousness. The open floor plan on the main floor allows for fun interaction with all whether we are in the kitchen or living room areas. We can't wait to sta here again!

The home is big, in a nice area, with some great features and has lots of space. Be aware that they control the temperature! The appliances are also out of date and the kitchen needs a detailed cleaning.

The location and size of the property were excellent. We enjoyed being right on the water and close to amenities. The size of the home was perfect for our family.
