It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was in great shape, clean and convenient to many great places to eat (and drink). Unfortunately because it’s in between 2 lights and on the wrong side of the road from the beach, getting to the beach could be a bit of a pain, but we made the best of it and really enjoyed our time there. The jacuzzi tub was a nice touch too- it’s big and super relaxing after all of the walking we did there.

This home is perfect for families with kids. The elevator made unpacking convenient. There are many restaurants and activities within walking distance. There is a waters sport rental company next door. The bay front beach and pier are an excellent place to relax after a beach day. There are several beach accesses within easy walking distance. There is a bus stop within easy walking distance. The decor and furnishings are tasteful and fun. Each bedroom has a TV and there is a TV in the living room. The WiFi is above average with speeds around 50-80mbps download speed. The home feels spacious and there was plenty of room for our family. We loved this home and look forward to staying there again.

Three roomy bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, large dining table, and comfortable living area. The kitchen was modern and well stocked with cookware and serving ware. We liked the rooftop pool and the small private beach on the bay also.
