Century I 1007 is described as a wonderful, affordable, and highly recommended condo that guests would gladly return to. Guests appreciated the spacious and comfortable layout, comfy beds, updated furnishings, and a well-stocked kitchen with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The property is consistently praised for being very clean, well maintained, and in great condition. Its convenient setting offers easy beach access and is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other local attractions. Guests especially loved the beautiful balcony views of the ocean, bay, and beachfront setting. The pool, workout room, storage locker, on-site laundry, and well-working wifi were also appreciated.
Overview
Relaxation awaits at Century I 1007, an updated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, oceanfront condo in North Ocean City (at 99th Street). This two-story, 1,260-square-foot property offers a unique experience in that it has balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides of the condo for beautiful views of both the ocean and the bay (which means sunrises and sunsets). The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with comfortable furnishings, a ceiling fan, and a flatscreen TV. Step from the living room onto your oceanfront balcony to enjoy the salty sea breezes and panoramic views of the ocean, the beach, and the entire Ocean City coastline stretching out in the distance. The bedrooms, each of which has a flatscreen TV and a ceiling fan, are located on the opposite side of the condo, offering panoramic views of the bay. This condo offers a king bed in the main bedroom, a queen mattress in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Additional amenities include free WiFi, central AC, and a washer/dryer. Just take the elevator downstairs and you are just steps from the ocean and sand! The condo also includes a free storage locker by the service elevator to store all of your beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. Guests of Century I have access to great facilities that include an indoor pool (open seasonally), an oceanfront sun deck, and a fully renovated gym with a sauna. A variety of restaurants and attractions are conveniently located within walking distance, including Liquid Assets, Trattoria Lombardi's, and the Ocean City Public Library. You'll also be a short drive or bus ride from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk on the south side of town and beautiful Northside Park up at 126th Street - the host of fun events throughout the year as well as a fishing/crabbing pier, an expansive playground, and peaceful walking paths. Things to Know Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time. Guests may park anywhere. A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Parking permits and registration is only seasonal and only required between May and mid September. If booking outside of this timeframe, you do not need to abide by the above and are welcome to park anywhere. Parking permits can be obtained at the Coastal Resort office located in the lobby on the right hand side. If you are arriving after hours, please go to the security office to obtain a temporary parking permit. You will be required to go to the check-in office at 9 am the next morning to get your permit. Security patrols parking early in the morning and no temporary passes will be permitted. Parking permits MUST be displayed at all times or the vehicle could be towed at the owner's expense Additional Parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis. The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October. The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This was a great new spot for our OC getaway. Spacious, clean, great view of ocean and bayside, easy access to the beach, decent workout room, and a nice quiet covered pool.

One of the best condo I stood at in OC. Clean and convenient. Room was very clean and had all amenities that were needed. Definitely will stay again.
