Things to Know Quay Parking Details: Guest registers at the building. A $100 non-refundable cash building registration fee is due at check-in. When available, additional parking is $10 per vehicle per night and is on a first come, first served basis. The parking is located on the first floor. PARKING: ONE parking space available. Register at Building for a fee. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. Do not park in any other assigned space at the risk of being towed at your own expense. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
