The view & location of this condo is beautiful. Seconds from the beach. However, place needs a lot of attention. Gotta spend money to make money. Air conditioning needs maintenance or replacement. Does not work properly. TV in bedroom is usually a given, not the case here. WIFI stopped working 3 days into my stay. This trend of streaming TV and leaving it up to the renter to figure out with passcodes and emails has to stop. Unit had a broken deck spindle. This is a 3rd floor condo. A broken spindle is unacceptable and very unsafe especially if you have small children. Slum lord owner, do not recommend.

The location was perfect. Close to the Convention Center and a few yards to the beach. The condo could use an upgrade with furniture and decor.

This unit was clean and comfortable! When compared to a hotel room it had extra space and the kitchen was nice. Everything was a little small and cramped for a home but considering how much time we spent there it worked great! There were a few minor things that needed repair (clogged bathroom sink and vent front door dampener), but we shared that feedback and everything was overall smooth. The decor was pleasant and comfortable! WiFi and TV were great.

We found the property to be 'just right' for our beach getaway -- very clean, conveniently located, friendly neighbors, quiet yet great beach access and very near to dining/grocery/attractions/Assateague Island. Clean, comfortable, easy.
