Sea Watch 1712

The visits to the sea, the flat and the facilities provided were more than superb. The only thing was the cleanliness that doesn't give a perfect score, it wasn't horrible but there were a few things to improve.

I’ve been coming to The Sea Watch for over 20yrs, and while we love staying at here, we did not love staying in unit 1712. When arriving to the unit we found it not as clean as expected. (I will attach photos) There were empty beer cans in the cupboards, and various trash and other items left all around the unit. There were sanitary items in drawers, including someone’s fake fingernail on the floor. Which leads us to believe that the floors were not even cleaned. There was something clearly spilt and splattered on the dressers in the room with the bunk beds (where our children were sleeping). As someone with young children I assumed the unit would have been a little more kid friendly considering there is a room with bunk beds and children’s paintings on the walls. Not exactly the case. The tile floor is so slippery and the dining table and chairs slide all over the place, making it so unsafe for littles. One of the patio chairs was broken, the armrest is completely broken from the chair.Lastly the alarm in the unit went off constantly, once at 4:30am shouting “fire” which we obviously jumped up and out of bed.It would periodically go off during the week and in the middle of the night. There are not batteries and it’s hard wired so not exactly easy to fix. After so many years here, it was just such a disappointment. The view IS AMAZING which is why we love the sea watch and come back, maybe just not this unit. Date of arrival - August 9, 2025

It’s a beautiful building, grounds and amenities - we have stayed a few times, would reconsider because the parking price, $40 was ok but $65 is way too much & we had 3 vehicles!! But very clean & corteous staff

We had the most amazing time at Lolly’s! The apartment was absolutely adorable and very spacious. Great views and a wraparound terrace. The location itself is excellent and the building amenities include a really lovely sandwich and ice cream shop, a very cute miniature movie theater, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, a beautiful courtyard. The building management was fantastic too — even giving me access to a conference room for a call I had post check out. I can’t recommend Lolly’s highly enough!

I’ve grown up in Maryland and have been going to Ocean City for as long as I can remember. I even went to college nearby at Salisbury, so I’ve stayed in a lot of different rentals over the years - and I can honestly say this one is hands-down the best. The location is perfect. It’s far enough from the boardwalk to feel a little more peaceful, but still super easy to get to everything. There are great spots for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert (and even some shopping) all within walking distance. But truly, the view is what sets this place apart. I’ve never stayed anywhere in OC where you can see both the beach and the bay so clearly. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony was such a treat. I already miss it! The condo itself is cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to cook some easy meals at home. Beds were comfortable, sheets and towels were provided, and check-in/check-out was super straightforward. Truly such a great stay. I already want to go back.

My daughter and I had the best time staying at Lolli's in Ocean City, MD. The 3 bed/ 2 bath condo was very comfortable, clean, and had every amenity needed to make our stay spectacular. One really nice thing to point out is the location; it's still close to all the great restaurants and activities but far enough away from all of the riff-raff. The grounds are well maintained, pool areas are clean, you can tell the management team really takes care of this property, not mention just a few short steps away from the beach. We will definitely be back!
