The Community features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, three private beaches, boat slips, a crabbing pier, an island cafe and pool bar, a general store, 24-hour security with gated access, and an interactive fountain. Things to Know Condo package pricing (each condo package has an additional $15 fee paid to the condo association): A building registration fee includes six facility passes and two parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.
