The full kitchen has plenty of room for you to make a meal for everyone, with seating available at the dining room table or at the breakfast bar just behind it. The living and dining room opens up to the large furnished balcony to appreciate the ocean views and coastal air. The living room has a large sectional and TV for everyone to join around and catch a late-night movie. The primary bedroom has a bed and TV along with an en suite that features dual sinks and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two beds and its own TV as well. The third bedroom is great for kids thanks to the fun sleeping options and the TV to watch their favorite shows. The washer and dryer are in a closet just off the kitchen so you have a convenient way to toss in your wet beach clothes after a day at the beach. Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
