Things to Know Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time. Please be advised the Century Building is currently undergoing a restoration project. This unit is not currently scheduled for construction, but we wanted to make all potential guests aware that other areas of the building may be experiencing construction during your stay. Per the building's management team UNITS FROM THE 25th FLOOR DOWN TO THE FIRST FLOOR, ENDING in 01, 02, 03, or 04 ARE THE ONLY AREAS AFFECTED AT THIS TIME. Per Ocean City requirements, construction is not permitted between the hours of midnight and 7am. Furthermore, there are restrictions on the noise levels as during the day construction noise cannot exceed 90 decibels. We appreciate your understanding that this project is outside of our domain. A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out. The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October. The Century 1 building includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Location was great. You cannot beat the view for sunrise and sunset. Check in and check out was very easy. Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful 4 nights at this unit. The condo is oceanfront and we had a spectacular view. The building itself is on the older side but the unit was nicely renovated. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the fully stocked kitchen, the washer/dryer in unit, the coffee area, and the spacious layout. The building had an indoor pool and gym that we enjoyed. The location was great, right near the library and easy driving distance to all the restaurants and shops. It was great with our kids as the balcony doors were secure so we didn’t have to worry about them getting out there without a parent. The beds were also super comfortable and the view of the ocean from the master was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!
