Sea Watch 1308

The condo itself is absolutely beautiful, very clean and updated. We loved it. The check-in process was very rough though. We arrived at 5:45pm and were locked out of our unit sitting in the hallway for 2.5 hours because someone locked the additional deadbolt on the door (above the keypad lock). When on-sire security finally was authorized to come he unlocked that deadbolt with the key we did not have and took it with him, but then ended up locking it back by accident so the door was then locked opened so we couldn't leave the unit until he came back to unlock the keyed deadbolt the entire way which took until approximately 9:30pm. We were finally able to leave for dinner then and this was a pretty big inconvenience. The deadbolt above the keypad lock is operated by key from the inside of the home also so I'd suggest either the owner remove this completely or put an additional deadbolt on that is operated by a normal knob from the inside or ensure your team knows not to lock this deadbolt which should be common sense since clearly we only get the keypad code and not a physical key. Also the keypad lock we were originally given appeared not to work and we were given 2 additional codes until finally one worked. Also, the TV in the bigger living room by the balcony somehow went into "store mode" the last day we were there so we couldn't watch TV on it. It appeared you need the additional TV remote (not the direct TV remote) to turn it off. It kept going back to a store demo of the world cup after 2 minutes of watching direct TV. Again the condo and building were awesome, but out experience could have been way better. Although guest services was nice and friendly, the response time was way longer than it should be in my opinion. One time I called and a gentleman answered while we were still locked out you could tell he was out doing something somewhere because of the loud background noise and he told me the manager would call me shortly and the manager never did.

Two beds great. Clean. View of the ocean. In house cenima. Nice facilities (tennis, pickle ball, bball, pools, gym, play equipment).

Beds were very comfy.

Was new to this condo booked because of the amenities within (arcade, movie theater, pools, etc). The room we stayed in was nice. I like that we had our own private washer/dryer. Access to balcony was good. Little things here and there didn’t work like master bathroom fan and 3 of 4 burners of stove. But overall experience with the room was nice. Would stay again
