Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The space was clean, but needs updated and a new couch and chair. Also, there was no TV in the second bedroom.

Absolutely loved this unit, would definitely rent again. So sad to have left! Complete paradise in the heart of OC! Wonderful location, amazing view of the ocean. Unit is well appointed and very comfortable for my family of three. Loved having 2 beds (very comfortable) and 2 baths. The living room couch could use a good cleaning but we brought a sheet to cover it up so it didn't really bother us. Overall, amazingly wonderful stay at SB 302!!!

This condo was very lovely, clean and very well stocked with kitchen items we needed and used, the two bathrooms are clean and well-sized and decorated nicely with beautiful new shower curtains. The two bedrooms are roomy and the smaller of the two has a new and attractive bedspread but the mattress is very springy and squeaky. The master bedroom is very large with a more firm and noiseless foam mattress - good for sleepers getting in and out of bed at different times. The dining table seats 6 max. The two BR/2 bath unit is perfectly roomy for four and just a little crowded with six adults. The extra 2 had to sleep in the living room pull- out or just sleep on the couch and the recliner. The pull out couch needs to be replaced. Overall, it was a fabulous stay and it is an amazing view and short walk to the beach and shorter walk to the pool. Parking for two vehicles was perfect in garage plus on street parking becomes available for our third couple as we watched for an opening. We had a great vacation!
