Ocean Colony 2

Everything was great about this place. The location was amazing, the communication with the management was flawless, and the place had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We would definitely like to come back!

Our stay at this home right on the Atlantic Ocean was absolutely wonderful. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away made every day feel relaxing and refreshing. The house itself offered plenty of space, making it perfect for families or groups who want to spread out and feel comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the boardwalk, where we enjoyed restaurants, shops, and classic Ocean City activities. There was always something fun to do, whether it was biking along the boardwalk, exploring the arcades, or simply soaking in the ocean views from the house. If you’re looking for a spacious oceanfront getaway with unbeatable access to both the beach and all the excitement of Ocean City, this home is an excellent choice. We would happily stay here again!

If you love the ocean, comfort, cleanliness, and convenience, this is the place for you. The location is excellent. You can walk from your ocean facing deck down to the beach in a matter of a minute or 2. You can enjoy the view from all 3 levels of this home. I would give the walking score 5 stars because of its location you could literally park your car in your personal garage and walk to most places. The beds are soooo comfortable!! The Kitchen has everything you would need to cook and even bake. Beautiful sunrises the entire time we were there, along with the wonderful sounds of the ocean. AC worked great. This home is pristine!! We would stay here again and again. Great for making family memories. I truly miss being there.

The location was perfect. The house was built up so that there was one bedroom on the first floor, two bedrooms on the second and one bedroom on the third (top) floor. The laundry was on the ground floor. The steps were a bit hard to maneuver especially for bringing up luggage, etc. There were three outlets in the kitchen and only one worked until the second to last day we were there. The wifi did not work until the second to last day we were there, but Tracy came in and was able to get us set up after two other maintenance people were unable to do it. Overall, however, we really enjoyed our stay. I would go back if I could be assured the wifi worked.

Wifi Didn't work and was never fixed despite repeated requests the entire stay. The name of the wifi listed would not come up on our phones or computers. The HVAC had major temperature differences in certain parts of the home. Other than these issues it was a nice stay.

The view is unbeatable; especially during a hurricane! lol
