It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. The unit was visually pleasing however it was uncomfortably cold during the evening and overnight hours. The guests found it necessary to sleep in sweatsuits under double and triple bedding. We placed a call to management who informed us that there was little that could be done since the owner sets and locks the thermostat. Therefore, we all spent three nights in a frigid vacation unit.

Our family of 13 had a great time in this home. Our family ranged from 69 to 4 months. As the Grandparents, we took the primary bedroom. Each of our kids and their spouses had their own bedrooms, some with their own baths. Some of our grand children wanted to sleep in our room in the walk in closet. . All the grandkids wanted to shower in our room! Of course, we said "sure". The living, dining, and kitchen area was a great relaxing spot. We could cook, chat, eat, watch tv, play games, all at the same time. Being on the 4th floor, we had no noise from other units, we had the nice open cathedral ceiling, and private wrap around porch, with a view of the ocean. As advertised, the walk to the beach was minutes. The walk to stores, food, arcades, golf, was minutes. The walk to check out the bay was minutes. The drive to the boardwalk was 15 minutes. The location was great!!! The floor plan, with the extra bedrooms about 75 feet from the living area, allowed the infants to have quiet nap times, while we could still chat and what tv. The home was well furnished, nicely decorated, very welcoming and user friendly. The different bedroom configurations mad it easier for the families to choose which one fit them best. We had a great time! Highly recommend.

Great location and right next to the beach, and just a short walk. The facility is very spacious and easily accommodates a party of 11 people. I will recommend this place for anyone planning for a large group. The facility is a little worn out and may need some touch-ups in the bathroom and kitchen.
