Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The good: recently renovated (kitchen including appliances, bath rooms, 3rd bedroom), slept 8, keypad on entry door. The not so good: all rooms have recessed lighting (good), but unfortunately they are not on dimmer switches. So in the evening, the rooms are 'hospital bright'. There was only 1 lamp in the living room which was not bright enough to read by. We moved one of the lamps from the bedroom to the living room to create more ambient light. The sectional in the living room was pushed against the wall, so was difficult to get to outlets for phones, PCs, etc. The kitchen table was round, made of glass, & seated 5. Not conducive to hammering crabs at dinner, playing games with a crowd, or working on jigsaw puzzles. Net- Net: we would consider staying again if the lighting issues were addressed. As for Vue Stay, we had an issue with one of the showers. Water would not turn off. I called and the call center opened a ticket. After an hour of waiting, I called again & the call center said the ticket was open, but not assigned. Before I hung up the plumber was knocking at the door. He fixed the issue in 15 minutes. A screw came loose on the on/off handle.

This room is absolutely gorgeous. Very updated, clean, modern. There was a linen closet that was stacked with extra beach towels in case anyone forgot theirs. The mattresses are firm, but totally able to look past that with the other upgrades of the room. Look forward to staying here again!
