Back at your retreat and ready to relax, find yourself lounging in the spacious living room, adorned with ample, soft seating, and a large TV. The full kitchen comes well-prepared for all of your culinary creations, so whip up something delicious before serving your dishes at the large dining table, or at the breakfast bar. Two primary en suite bedrooms and two additional plush bedrooms ensure that you and yours are completely satisfied and content. There is a corner store available with a coffee coffee inside, and an interactive fountain. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200. Fall (September 13 September 30) = $150. Children 3 and under do not require a facility pass. Additional parking may be available for purchase for an additional $70 at the community's clubhouse discretion based on availability.
