Sea Place boasts an ideal setting in midtown Ocean City, only steps from the ocean itself and half a mile from the northern end of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk. Within a one-mile stroll, you'll find the Roland E. Powell Convention Center, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Splash Mountain Water Park, and all sorts of restaurants, shops, entertainment, and services. The condo has been thoughtfully designed to maximize space and sunlight, offering wide glass doors that lead from the living room to the south-facing balcony. Highlights include a smart TV and Roku in the living room, air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, and such home conveniences as high-speed WiFi and an ironing board. When you're not dining out, enjoy a well-equipped kitchen (including a coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster) and dining space. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V, of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
