Pros: Unit came with bed linens and towels. Repair man, Mickey, was amazing! Cons: Owner was behind on internet and cable payments for the first part of our stay, so be prepared for these not to work. Owner is behind on condo dues, so be prepared for random people knocking at the door with legal letters about liens on the property. A/C units are old window units - loud and run constantly, but they were able to cool the main living room down to 78 degrees. Toilet in the unit had multiple problems with running water and not being able to flush for 3 days of our 7 day stay; plumber was finally called but be prepared to use the public toilet on the Mezzanine level by the pool. Door keypad does not work, so make sure to take and use the key from the lockbox, otherwise you may get locked out of the condo and it could take hours for someone to come out to let you in. The kitchen cookware, plates, and silverware are limited, so don't plan on cooking here. Bedroom door and bathroom door are louvered doors with slats; don't expect too much privacy or sound insulation. There is NO washer and dryer in the unit; it is a community washer/dryer located in the trash chute room, is coin operated or costs money on an app, and is rusty. Make sure to bring bottled water; there are notices in the elevator about water being contaminated in the building. Outside patio furniture is covered in rust that is peeling on the patio; don't plan on sitting outside on the balcony unless you bring your own beach chairs. Do NOT text Vacasa if there's a problem with the unit; it is an AI chat bot and your service problems will not be answered for days. Instead, make sure to use the phone number provided in the email if you need service. Otherwise, good value for the price!

We needed to find a place to stay in Ocean City on short notice and happened to find this gem. The ocean front view was incredible with easy access to the beach. The unit itself was also very spacious and comfortable, making for a wonderful retreat at the end of our days. We would love to stay again!

The location and the views were fantastic! The condo was the perfect size for myself and my husband.. furniture definitely needs replacing. When we got there we were suppose to receive complimentary shampoo and soap but we did not. Not a big deal we just had to buy some. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!

Shower would run out of hot water after five minuets. Garbage disposal was broken. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The sofa had a couple of holes one was taped. However, beautiful view great access to the beach. Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

Wonderful home with a wonderful view. The place was spotless and was very cozy. We hope to book again next year!

The location was great and we enjoyed the pool and ease access to pool. We had a number of issues in the unit and hope the owners respond.
