The Towers is an oceanfront property at 29th Street in Ocean City. When you're not swimming in the on-site pool or lounging on the beach, you'll be two blocks from the north end of the Ocean City Boardwalk, across Coastal Highway from Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and within blocks of popular restaurants, shops, mini-golf courses, and nightlife. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The location of the condo is perfect. The beach was beautiful and had easy access.

This is our second time renting this condo and we already plan to grab it next summer. It's the PERFECT location!! The door is directly across from the one (small) flight of stairs, then walk right out to the pool or the path to the beach. The view is amazing (we always seem to manage to catch the full moon on the water) and it's fun to be able to watch the kiddos in the pool and early morning surfers from the balcony. It's not directly above the pool, so noise is not an issue. The boardwalk is a couple blocks away and the condo surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Jolly Roger is literally across the main street, and it's super easy pulling out into the crazy traffic, which is a big deal if you have teens driving the area. I could go on and on but I don't want anyone snatching up our week!

Overall average rental. Overall clean, but needs some small improvements that could really improve the experience like kitchen appliances and patio furniture.

We loved everything!! The location made the trip with teenagers hassle free. They could easily walk to Jolly Roger’s and back if they forgot anything. The tram is a 3 minute walk from the condo and it takes you right down into the thick of it all. The beach is right there easy to run back and use the bathroom no problem. The patio garden was absolutely gorgeous to look out over. Just perfect thanks so much for sharing. 😊
