Take in a classic summer scene at Waikiki 406, an ideally located condo in North Ocean City that sits mere steps from the beach. On the grounds of this oceanfront building, you'll also have access to an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor lap pool. This condo is part of an oceanfront building, yet it's slightly set back from the direct-oceanfront portion, thus limiting its view of the water to the south. It's a gorgeous setting, however, and one that you'll enjoy with central air conditioning, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), and a private washer/dryer. This mid-rise, oceanfront building is wonderfully located on the quieter, north side of Ocean City. You'll be one block from Coastal Highway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions, including Lost Treasure Golf and the Sun & Surf Cinema. The Delaware state line is less than four blocks north, where you'll find the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, plentiful opportunities for tax-free shopping, and a number of restaurants, mini-golf courses, and other activities for all ages. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.There will be fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Quiet neighborhood with a great view of the beach. We had fun at Sunfest and watching the waves on the beach.
Good: Location, location, locationđź’• Not so good: The bedroom with the twin beds had stained comforters on the bed. Comforter n pillow in closet, stained. The floor was not clean, hallway rug, filthy. Please do better for your guests. Vacation rentals at the beach are overpriced as it is.

We love the location of the Waikiki and the surrounding area; we've stayed in various units there for 20 years. This unit is nice, with some recent upgrades to the indoor furniture; we'd like to see upgrades to the balcony furniture, and more kitchen storage. Even without those changes, though, we'd stay in this property again.
