Tucked away in the prestigious Nantucket Point community with stunning waterfront views, this custom-built home boasts vacation-ready features inside and out. The opulent interior is complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and a wet bar. Indulge your inner chef in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Nibble on appetizers at the kitchen bar with seating for two, and enjoy family-style meals around the dining table that seats eight. After dinner, unwind in the loft, which also doubles as an office space. Step outside to your spacious outdoor deck where beautiful views of the Assawoman Bay await. Sip morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs, or dine alfresco at one of the two available tables. Stroll down the dock to drop a fishing line into the cool water for a relaxing afternoon. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM -An outdoor shower is available for guest use -A beach umbrella and beach chairs are provided -For an additional sleeping option, there’s a queen sofa bed in the living room -Note: The dock may be used by guests, but the jet ski lifts are not for guest use -The primary bedroom jacuzzi is temporarily out of order -Two TVs located in living room and primary bedroom -Parking: Four parking spaces are included with this rental. Two in the garage and two in the driveway. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this proper Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The kitchen was beautiful, master bedroom. Was wonderful l! The view looking out over the water was breathtaking! I wish that the beds were better and the WiFi was as stronger. We will definitely be back!

The home was lovely and location was perfect!!! The outdoor space was amazing!! The only reason I did not give this home a 5 star rating was because of small inconveniences. The Wifi was inconsistent and weak. It kept dropping. The main lights in 2 of the 3 bedrooms didn't work. But, there were lamps. We couldnt use the Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom it was out of order. We couldnt use a television in the upper sitting room due to not having the correct remote. Not a biggie. We had the main television . The surround sound and outdoor speakers didn't work. Again, not a biggie We used our portable speaker for outdoors. Overall, this is a wonderful home. Will definitely rent again. Thanks for the wonderful memories see you next year!!

House should not be listed with an outside retractable awning, soaking tub outdoor shower or multiple tvs when none of those things work. Didnt look like the boat lifts on the dock worked either. Called at check in asking for key to the awning was told someone would stop by with it and that never happened. We have someone who has cancer in our group and can not be in full sun so we wanted to rent this unit because of the awning. Well key was never delivered. Outside garbage was never picked up on Monday so it wasnt easy to put our trash out into the can. Dryer isnt functioning. Takes 3 cycles to dry towels and yes the lint trap was clean. Outdoor shower had mold, needed to be power washed and had rocks in the drain, garbage on the dock that has been there forever. Stay elsewhere that has a view and actually has a property owner willing to do normal upkeep on a property.

I didn't feel like my needs were met here with regards to service. I needed a blanket for the sofa bed and that could not be provided. Ants in the cabinets, so did not fill comfortable putting my groceries in there. Tub out of order. Just not up to par for me. Great view though. Saw fireworks on the deck.
