Watch the sunrise from your private, oceanfront balcony at Worcester House 505, a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom condo where you can simply slide open the glass doors to let in the fragrant ocean breeze. After a day spent on the beach downstairs, you'll return home to every essential, from air conditioning to free WiFi. There's a private washer/dryer to refresh your beach towels, a full kitchen where you can cook, and space to dine both inside and outside on the balcony. There are flatscreen TVs in both the living room and bedroom as well. Worcester House is an oceanfront property that's conveniently located in midtown Ocean City (51st Street). Seacrets is only blocks away, as are a number of great restaurants, bars, shops, conveniences, mini-golf courses, and other sources of entertainment. Things to Know Full kitchen No smoking and no pets allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.
