Things to Know *Complimentary building-provided WiFi is a courtesy and not guaranteed. *Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Surf grounds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

My husband and I stayed in this condo last year and we liked it so much we stayed again this year. The view is beautiful and very easy access to the beach. Parking is close and condo is clean and updated. Hope to make this a yearly booking.

This was a very nice condo that has a great view of the ocean, and is a very quick walk to the beach. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The furniture was comfortable. One of the reasons I picked it was because they had good tall chairs on the patio, and those were perfect for viewing dolphins while sipping coffee and watching the sunrise.

The sunrise from the front deck is stunning. Enjoyed having my coffee and watching the sunrise every morning while rocking on the comfy chairs.Close proximity to restaurants and stores. The beach is literally steps away!!
