Don't miss Ocean City's many historic buildings including City Hall, the Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum, and the Atlantic Hotel, originally built in 1875. For nighttime activities, you can't beat the array of local eateries, entertainment, amusement parks, and outlet shops. You and your guests will also have access to a nearby fitness room as well as indoor and outdoor pools. Inside this gorgeous, newly-renovated, three-story home is a brightly lit interior filled with natural light, plenty of comfy seating for good conversation and catching up on your favorite shows, a large kitchen with a breakfast bar and state of the art appliances, there's even two ovens for those big American holiday get-togethers! The large and sunny dining room is set for eight at a roomy table. Enjoy relaxing in the jetted tub or washing away the activities of the day in the walk-in shower. On the top floor, you'll find another TV in the quaint sitting area where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the balcony, or your evening glass of wine. No matter what the occasion, Sunset Island will fulfill your vacation fantasies. Things to Know A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200 Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
