Convenient spot - easy check in

Stay was great. Family friendly environment, neighborhood and clean rooms. I called HelpDesk and said I have to feed my autistic son and I requested to extend check out time from 10 AM to 11 AM by 1 hour but they didn’t extend. So we didn’t get enough time to feed our autistic son. So rating 4 out of 5.

The condo was very clean well organized. The bedrooms were nice size. The balcony was very spacious and enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony. I would definitely come back again.

It was the perfect spot to stay during OC cruisin weekend in walking distance from all the action , beautiful view directly on the water with a huge balcony ! We loved having two rooms and two full bathrooms as well .The price was very reasonable as well ! We will definitely stay here again! :)

It was like home away from home. It had all the amenities that we needed. The location was convenient to many stores and restaurants which helped a lot. Hope to book here again for next year!

Unfortunately, after we checked in on Thursday at 3:54, I was doing my initial walk-through and noticed the cold water knob in the main bathroom shower, was broken and missing (just a pipe sticking out of the wall), the shower could not be used! At 4:08 pm, I called the number listed to report damages, the representative I talked to, was unaware of this issue and had no idea it was broken, there was no notes reporting damage. This was strange considering the property smelled strong of cleaning supplies and the tub was wet as if someone had just cleaned it. I was baffled, that the knob was no where to be found, & that the cleaning crew hadn’t communicated this to the property manager. The gentleman I spoke to took all the information and stated he would put a “ repair ticket in”. He assured me that I would be hearing from maintenance shortly, and that this would a priority. He asked and I gave them permission to go in the property if we weren’t there. Thursday came and went and I heard nothing, Friday (next day) at 1pm, I missed a call, the same guy left a voicemail, asking what bathroom and if I could send a picture (even though I explained all of this during the initial call and he never requested a photo). I received the voicemail 2.5 hours later (3:30pm Friday) I called back and gave the requested information, again was told, a ticket would be put in and I would be hearing from maintenance shortly…. Finally, at 10am on Sunday, maintenance called saying, he was there to fix the shower knob, however he had to run back out to get the right part, because what he had did not fit! Maintenance came back and had it "fixed" by noon on Sunday, though I was told, not to use the shower until the "super glue is dry, maybe an hour or 2” side note... he left the tub a Muddy mess from his boots. To reiterate; we checked in Thursday at 4pm, reported broken bathroom at 4:08, Friday not fixed, Saturday heard nothing- Sunday (last night there) it was fixed but couldn’t be used for hours. Honestly, we didn’t use it still because I wasn’t confident it was actually dried/fixed enough to use! It's unfortunate, that I booked a place with 2 full bath, in order to accommodate our family after long beach days, and wasn't able to utilize it!! The lack of urgency & communication was unsatisfactory and needs work!! Otherwise, the property was dated but not too bad, bedroom beds were not bad to sleep in.
