This property is located in an R1-zoned area. Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34. The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The home was a great size and slept a lot of people. The beds were not bad for a rental either. The issue we had like many others had was the cleanliness of the home. The floors were gross, ants everywhere, counter tops and tables were not wiped down. The mini split had mildew in it. The central air did not work. We had them send out cleaning people as I was traveling with a baby. The cleaning helped but the home is still dirty. They have cloth chairs in the kitchen/dining that are stained like crazy. The sheets were not clean- hair and stains (luckily we brought our own). The ant problem is definitely nothing new because the kitchen sink had a bunch of different any killers. Overall the stay was good once the cleaning people came back out but for the price I paid I was super disappointed when I first arrived.

If you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood, then this is your spot. Located towards the north of the beach, it draws a lot less tourists. Convenient to restaurants and other stores. The house has had some renovations, but the living room furniture looks as if it was donated. The sofa looks dirty (b/c it is dirty) and the living room chairs need to be replaced. The amenities in the kitchen are nice. We used the oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and toaster. You do however need to be cautious of the tiny ants. The neighborhood seems to be a combo of vacation renters and a place where retired people go to live. Great for taking walks and quick access to the park. If you are looking for quiet and safe, the location is great.

It was a nice home away from home. A good time to reset and unwind. Area is quiet. The home is close to activities. My kids really enjoyed the bedrooms and space. We would definitely go back again.

The amount of space was fabulous, with a great kitchen. some of the beds were in disrepair and really uncomfortable. Also some other issues, like the washing machine out of order, and the mini lines being broken, sound as if it had been going on for some time. But we would use again for the great location and amount of space!
