Walk along the boardwalk to fantastic shops, world-famous eateries, arts, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions all in one place. Amusement parks, miniature golf, and an array of fabulous restaurants are just down the road. Inside you'll find a bright interior and an air of welcoming about the place. There's plenty of comfortable furniture throughout to relax on, especially for a movie night on the large TV. The chef of the group will love preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard room you'll ever need and a breakfast bar. Get a great night's rest from all the day's activities on the comfortable beds, and don't forget to shower off the sand and sunscreen at the end of the day in the roomy shower. Relax on the balcony and enjoy a perfect Maryland sunset with your glass of wine. THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM No washer/dryer on-site. A Queen-size sofa bed is provided. Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
