Dine together at the attached breakfast bar, at the nearby table for six, or outside on your furnished balcony with direct ocean views. The Carousel building offers several on-site activities to choose from including an indoor, year-round ice skating rink, indoor and outdoor pools, and your choice of different food and beverage options. For the kids, there is also a fun-filled arcade and a playground. Plus, enjoy direct beach access to spend your days basking in the sun or playing in the waves. RESORT AMENITIES - Year-round, indoor ice skating rink - Outdoor pool (summer only) - Outdoor kiddie pool (summer only) - Pool spa - Heated, indoor pool - Arcade - Fitness room - Playground THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM No smoking and no pets, please. BUILDING REGISTRATION FEE: A $50 non-refundable building registration fee, payable in cash, is required at check-in. The opening and closing of building amenities is at the discretion of the building. Please note during the off-season some amenities are not operable. Call with questions. Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We chose the unit largely because of the advertised recliner, as my husband has had multiple neck surgeries and requires supportive seating. Unfortunately, the furniture did not match the listing, and the available seating was not suitable for his needs. I also want to note that the furniture and beds were quite uncomfortable. Additionally, while not directly the fault of the unit, we experienced a few issues with the building and grounds that negatively impacted our stay. Once notified of the issue, staff worked to clean/resolve the issue in a timely manner. The unit was clean, spacious and had beautiful views, however it did not meet our expectations.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. It is our favorite one in Ocean city. great location and I love the fact that you can see both sunrise and sunset.

We were very excited to stay ocean front and have a week away. The view is stunning, the condo clean and the Carousel is very nice with lots of areas to sit even if you are not on the beach, but want to enjoy the ocean. You had access to sit outside to the front as well and enjoy the vast view of the bay. The downside of this stay is that even though the listing said WIFI, it was an open WIFI, we needed to work and it kept going in and out and throwing us out of meetings. We even spent half a day trying to get it fixed, but that did not work either. We were so frustrated that we ended up cutting our stay short a full day, due to the WIFI. Wrote and asked for a credit for one day, still have not heard back. If you are going to own a condo, please get your own personal WIFI, especially in todays world where we try our best to enjoy life, while working. Also, bring your own towels, they use a service and the towels though ample, are scratchy to say the least. Some fabric softener would go a long way. There were some light bulbs out in the lamps and some of the plugs in the kitchen did not work, but those are little things. It would have been a fantastic trip, if we had a secure WIFI and not shared with the hotel.
