This spacious, bright home is located within the South Gate of Ocean Pines near Ocean City, MD, and offers an inviting open floor plan. It is located in a safe area for bike riding, near the waterfront and amazing parks. While vacationing at this lovely home, you can enjoy the quiet screened porch for a cup of morning coffee and an updated kitchen has all of the luxuries of home! Nearby activities and attractions include Ocean Pines Golf Course, beaches, bike riding, indoor/outdoor pools (open to the public at daily rates), shopping, dining, fishing, walking trails, tennis, pickleball, Assateague Island, and Ocean Downs Casino. Inside, the whole gang can kick back and relax on the main level between the living room and kitchen. There is a large island for food prep and snacking. Plenty of TVs and WiFi throughout the home. Perfect for a family vacation, golf outing, girls trip, or wedding weekend retreat. Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Parking: Five designated on-site driveway spaces are included with this rental. Please note: Access to Ocean Pines amenities is not included with your rental. The Ocean Pines Association charges separate daily, weekly, seasonal, or annual fees for the use of pools, golf, racquet sports, the Beach Club, Beach Club parking, and certain other amenities. Guests may purchase Beach Club passes through the Ocean Pines Association, which provide access to the Beach Club and its facilities. Beach Club parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. This house provide enough space for the 6 gueat that accompanied me. Actually it's enough space for 4 couples. My husband and I occupied the lower level of the home which was like a small apartment. We will definitely try for this house again.

This house was excellent. We had four guys on a golf trip. You will never get anything better. Each had own room and bathroom. Clean and beautiful. TV in all rooms. I can't say enough good things about this house.
