Located just steps from the beach, this attractive, second-floor condo (no elevator) comes with everything you need to enjoy your next visit to Ocean City! Step inside this very welcoming retreat and discover a well-equipped, full kitchen with counter seating for two and a comfortable living area with a leather sofa, a table for three, and a wall-mounted, cable-equipped TV. When the weather is cooperating, head out to the large, furnished deck where you can dine al fresco at one of the picnic tables. Additional amenities available at this condo include complimentary internet access, central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer to help you keep that laundry under control during your stay. Things to Know Assigned parking space is only accessible by driving under the 6 foot building clearance. Home is on the 2nd floor of a stairs-only building. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Quarterdeck is a great unit even for several people, very close to the beach and easily walkable to the best bars/nightlife.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay here a few weekends ago! The condo was very clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the neighbors were friendly, which really added to the experience. The only thing I’d suggest improving is the parking information—it would have been helpful to know in advance that vehicles over 6ft can’t fit in the designated spot. That detail should definitely be noted under the parking amenities so guests can plan accordingly. Other than that small concern, our stay was fantastic, and we’d absolutely come back again!

We never do laundry on vacation. Well….. We thought we would try it out. Big mistake we had to put all our wet clothes in a trash bag to travel home, thankfully we had 1 outfit each to wear for the remaining of the trip. Please replace the drier. Someone else told you about this issue. The place does have a camera at the front door. I feel they should tell people. Otherwise the place is amazing, very clean. They supplied towels and sheets. I loved the place had a fireplace and a pull out sofa. Lots of steps to get your luggage up, but it’s worth it. Book this place it was affordable.

The property is a fantastic location, very close to the beach and the best part of OC to walk to many of the fun bars and restaurants. It is also equipped to sleep and accommodate several people. I would recommend this property.
